Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene(UHMWPE) pipe

Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene(UHMWPE ) pipe are a type of piping material made from high-performance thermoplastic engineering plastics with a molecular weight exceeding 2.5 million, renowned for their excellent wear resistance, corrosion resistance, impact resistance, and self-lubricating properties. As a new type of engineering plastic piping material with outstanding comprehensive performance, this product is widely used in harsh operating environment applications such as mine tailings transportation, chemical fluid transfer, crude oil collection and transportation, and powder and slurry conveyance. It can replace traditional metal pipes and conventional plastic pipes, significantly reducing maintenance costs and improving system efficiency, and can address issues such as severe pipe wear, corrosion, and scaling in the transportation of large quantities and various types of industrial materials.   Product Performance:   High wear resistance: The unique molecular structure of Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene(UHMWPE ) pipe makes it possess excellent wear resistance, which is 4-7 times that of ordinary steel pipes, 6 times that of nylon, and 4 times that of polyethylene. The excellent wear resistance significantly increases the conveying capacity of the tubing and extends its service life.   Corrosion Resistance: Resistant to acid, alkali, salt, and organic solvent corrosion, it has better chemical stability than materials such as nylon and ABS, and does not require additional anti-corrosion treatment.   Anti-aging properties: Due to its stable nature, it exhibits strong weather resistance and excellent anti-aging properties, making it suitable for both ground and underground installation, with no aging even under sunlight for 50 years.   Self-lubricating: Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene(UHMWPE) pipe have smooth inner and outer walls, good self-lubricating properties, and a friction coefficient of only 0.219MN/m. The surface is smooth and not easy to accumulate scale, maintaining high flow efficiency for a long time.   Impact Resistance: The impact test of the cantilever beam showed no damage (compliant with GB1843 standard), with an impact strength 10 times that of Nylon 66, 20 times that of PVC, and 4 times that of PE, providing extremely safe and reliable protection for the conveying system.   Low-temperature resistance: Excellent low-temperature resistance performance, its impact resistance and wear resistance remain almost unchanged at -269°C, and the product has a wide temperature range, capable of working long-term within -269°C to 80°C.   High pressure resistance and high toughness: The tensile strength is twice that of PE100, capable of withstanding significant fluctuations in pressure during medium transportation. Similarly, the ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene pipe has an elongation rate of ≥300%, and the pipeline and joints are not easily cracked when the application environment subsides, ensuring the normal transportation of the medium to the maximum extent.   Technical specifications   Product Specifications: Φ273 × 27.9, Φ110 × 10   Density: 0.932 g/cm³   Weight-average molecular weigh: 3.2 million   Tensile yield strength: 24.68 MPa   Tensile elongation at break: 310%   Wear Index: 138 mg/1000 cycles   Melt Volume Flow Rate: 0.0143 cm³/10 min
