Ceramic lined wear-resistant expansion Joint
Ceramic lined wear-resistant expansion Joint feature wear resistance and corrosion resistance. They are new products used for connecting equipment such as pumps, valves, and pipes to pipelines. These joints are connected as an integrated unit with all bolts, allowing a certain amount of displacement for easy installation. They can withstand the axial pressure of pipelines. In this way, adjustments can be made according to on-site installation dimensions during installation and maintenance. During operation, they not only improve work efficiency but also play a certain protective role in pipeline equipment like pumps and valves. They are classified by working pressure into the following grades: 0.6MPa, 1.0MPa, 1.6MPa, 2.5MPa, 4.0MPa, etc. Customized production is also available upon request. Connection Method Generally, there are double flange connections, one with a welding method.
Metal expansion joints are critical components in pipeline systems for compensating thermal expansion and contraction, and absorbing vibrations. Made of corrosion-resistant metal materials (such as 304, 316 stainless steel), they are formed by combining corrugated tubes, flanges, or branch pipes. The corrugated tube design utilizes the elastic deformation of its folded structure to compensate for pipeline displacement in axial, transverse, or angular directions, alleviating stress in the system caused by temperature changes or equipment vibrations, thereby preventing pipeline rupture or joint leaks. The product has strong pressure-bearing capacity and a wide temperature range (-270℃ to 1200℃), suitable for various medium conditions. It is widely used in industries such as petrochemical, power, and metallurgy. Installation is convenient, and dimensions and compensation amounts can be customized according to pipeline parameters, effectively ensuring the safe and stable operation of pipeline systems and extending equipment service life.
The dense-phase stabilizer is a key equipment for optimizing dense-phase pneumatic conveying systems. Composed of one-way valves, filters, restrictors, and fluidization pipes, it is installed at multiple points along the conveying pipeline. It is mainly used to stabilize the flow state of high-concentration powdery and granular materials during the conveying process. During operation, relying on its unique internal structure—such as specially designed flow deflectors and buffer chambers—it can effectively regulate the gas-solid mixture ratio, enabling materials to be conveyed in the form of more uniform and stable plug flow or low-velocity dense-phase flow. This significantly reduces the risk of material blockage in the pipeline, minimizes wear, and extends the service life of the pipeline. Furthermore, its materials are mostly wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant steel or ceramic-lined materials, which can adapt to complex and harsh working conditions, ensuring the efficient and stable operation of the conveying system while reducing enterprises’ maintenance costs and energy consumption.
