Dense-phase stabilizer

The dense-phase stabilizer is a key equipment for optimizing dense-phase pneumatic conveying systems. Composed of one-way valves, filters, restrictors, and fluidization pipes, it is installed at multiple points along the conveying pipeline. It is mainly used to stabilize the flow state of high-concentration powdery and granular materials during the conveying process.   During operation, relying on its unique internal structure—such as specially designed flow deflectors and buffer chambers—it can effectively regulate the gas-solid mixture ratio, enabling materials to be conveyed in the form of more uniform and stable plug flow or low-velocity dense-phase flow. This significantly reduces the risk of material blockage in the pipeline, minimizes wear, and extends the service life of the pipeline. Furthermore, its materials are mostly wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant steel or ceramic-lined materials, which can adapt to complex and harsh working conditions, ensuring the efficient and stable operation of the conveying system while reducing enterprises’ maintenance costs and energy consumption.
