Ceramic-lined wear-resistant valve

Ceramic-lined wear-resistant valves are industrial valves that use high-purity alumina ceramics as their sealing and flow-passing components. High-temperature resistant inorganic adhesives are adopted to integrally line and bond precision-machined ceramic sheets to key parts such as valve bodies, gate plates, balls, and valve seats. After heating and curing, a solid wear-resistant layer is formed. The surface hardness reaches HRA ≥ 85 / HRC 88 or higher, and the wear-resistant service life is more than 10 times that of traditional steel valves.   The product boasts excellent properties such as corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance (-50～350 ℃), anti-scaling, low torque, and zero leakage. It is suitable for the opening, closing, regulation, and pneumatic conveying systems of media containing high-hardness particles or strong corrosive media in industries including electric power, metallurgy, mining, and chemical engineering.
