Bimetallic wear-resistant tee (multi-way)

Bimetallic wear-resistant tee (multi-port), is a key component specially designed for complex pipeline transportation systems. Its structural design is exquisite, with the outer layer made of carbon steel materials such as Q235, which gives the product excellent overall strength and good welding performance, ensuring perfect connection with other pipeline  components during installation; the inner layer is selected from wear-resistant materials such as high-chromium cast iron, and through advanced centrifugal casting or vacuum negative pressure suction casting processes, it achieves a firm metallurgical bond with the outer layer of carbon steel.   This unique structure enables the product to have outstanding wear resistance, with its wear resistant layer hardness reaching above HRC58, offering several times the wear resistance of ordinary pipe fittings, and can effectively handle various high-wear conditions. Moreover, the product has strong pressure-bearing capacity and can operate stably in high-pressure environments. It is easy to install and can be connected through welding or flanges, meeting the installation needs of different pipeline systems.   Bimetal Wear-Resistant Pipe Product Performance   1.Outstanding wear resistance: The inner high-chromium alloy has extremely high hardness (typically HRC ≥ 58) and can effectively resist erosion, cutting, Gouging Wear from materials (such as slurry, ash, coal powder, sandstone, etc.). It can significantly reduce downtime for replacement and improve equipment operation rate.   2. Excellent impact resistance and mechanical properties: The outer layer of tough steel effectively absorbs the energy generated by material impact and system vibration, protecting the inner layer of high-chromium alloy with relatively higher brittleness, preventing it from cracking or peeling due to impact. The overall tubing exhibits excellent resistance to bending and compression.   3.Higher pressure-bearing capacity: The outer steel pipe provides the primary pressure-bearing capacity, capable of meeting the requirements of pipeline systems with different pressure levels.   4. Good heat resistance and corrosion resistance   Heat resistance: The high-chromium alloy wear-resistant layer maintains a stable microstructure and hardness even at high temperatures (300-800°C), making it suitable for conveying high-temperature materials, while the substrate's heat resistance also meets general high-temperature operational requirements.   Corrosion resistance: The presence of chromium elements forms a dense passivation film on the wear-resistant layer, providing certain corrosion resistance to acidic and alkaline media; if transporting highly corrosive media, specific media should be selected or other anti-corrosion measures should be considered.   5. Good machinability and connectivity   The outer layer is ordinary steel, so it can be cut and bent (note the radius to avoid cracking of the inner layer), and welded (special wear-resistant welding electrodes must be used to weld flanges or pipe ends).   Connection methods are flexible, and can adopt flange connection, wear-resistant pipe clamp connection, welding, etc., relatively convenient to install.   Product Applications   Widely used in electric power (ash removal, slag discharge, coal powder transportation); Metallurgy (slurry, tailings, sintering dust removal); Coal (heavy media in coal preparation plants, coal powder, coal slurry); Mine (filling, tailings transport); Cement (raw materials, clinker, kiln dust); Chemical (including solid particle materials); Material transport pipeline systems in industries such as dredging (sediment transport), especially elbows, reducers, branch pipes, and other wear-prone parts.
