Hard ceramic patch wear-resistant straight pipe

A hard ceramic patch wear-resistant straight pipe is a high-performance industrial pipeline, specially designed for high-wear and strong-corrosion conditions. By bonding or inlaying high- hardness ceramic tiles on the inner wall of the steel pipe, the wear resistance and service life of the pipeline are significantly improved. The ceramic layer is modularly assembled, with thickness customizable as required (4-50mm), and individual tiles can be replaced separately after local wear, resulting in low maintenance costs.   This product is suitable for scenarios with localized erosion and requiring flexible maintenance, especially in particle transport in the coal and building materials industries. It handles complex wear conditions more effectively than self-propagating straight pipes and offers superior comprehensive cost-effectiveness.   Hard Ceramic Patch Wear-Resistant Pipe Product Performance   (1) High hardness and strong impact resistance: Its Rockwell hardness is HRC80-90, second only to diamond, surpassing significantly the abrasion resistance of wear-resistant steel and stainless steel. Experiments demonstrate that a 10- kilogram steel ball freely falls from a height of 3 meters impacting the inner ceramic tiles 20 times without causing any breakage or detachment of the ceramic tiles.   (2) Extremely excellent abrasion resistance: The abrasion resistance of hard ceramic tile pipe is equivalent to 266 times that of manganese steel and 171.5 times that of high-chromium cast iron. Under similar working conditions, this could extend equipment usage by at least ten times.   (3) Lightweight: The density of the ceramic tiles is 3.7g/cm³, only half of that of steel, which significantly reduces the equipment load.   (4) Strong adhesion and excellent heat resistance: The ceramic pieces are bonded to the inner wall of the steel pipe using high-temperature resistant strong adhesive, which can operate for a long time without aging in an environment of 350℃; the inorganic adhesive used for bonding products can withstand temperatures up to 750℃. The ceramic pieces are made by high-temperature firing, with a very small coefficient of expansion, and are further fixed with medium-hole conical rivets welding, ensuring strong adhesion and resistance to falling off.   (5) Unique adhesive technique: Designed based on the principle of arched self-embedded structure, the ceramic tiles form a 360° mechanical self-supporting structure, tightly adhering to the inner wall of the steel pipe and mutually compressing. All contact surface edges of the ceramic tiles are designed with a conical shape to achieve interlocking between tiles, effectively preventing the tiles from falling off; the gap between the tiles and the inner wall of the steel pipe is filled with high-temperature resistant bonding refractory mud that can withstand 1100°C, forming a double protection.   (6) High-precision ceramic block cutting: The maximum designed angle for the elbow curvature does not exceed 15 degrees. Parameters such as the width of the ceramic block, edge angle taper, and contact angle have been completed through CAD design. The ceramic block shape is precisely cut using diamond grinding discs. The gap between ceramic blocks in the direction of material flow is less than 0.5mm. In the perpendicular direction to the material flow, the gap between ceramic tiles does not exceed 1mm, and the height difference between adjacent ceramic tiles surfaces does not exceed 2mm.   (7) Capable of withstanding demanding operating conditions: Due to the use of polymer bonding agents as the method of fixing ceramics to the steel pipe, the elbow can withstand the significant impact force generated by the material and can be used under high-temperature operating conditions.   Product Applications   Mining and Metallurgy Industry: Suitable for equipment such as mixed material silos, chutes, and ribbon mixers, capable of handling high-intensity transport wear of materials like ores.   Steel industry: Performs outstandingly in scenarios such as the outlet pipes of coal grinders, the inlet pipes of coarse-fine powder separators, and coal powder pipelines, withstanding the continuous erosion of media like coal powder.   Cement industry: Adaptable to dust collection pipes, ash discharge pipes, slag discharge pipes, limestone distributors, etc., effectively resisting erosion from dust and particulate materials.   Chemical industry: In some chemical production processes, it is necessary to transport corrosive media containing hard particles (such as catalyst particles, fertilizer raw materials, etc.). Ceramic patches are corrosion-resistant (except for a few acids like hydrofluoric acid) and wear-resistant, making them suitable for such pipelines.
