Wear-resistant special-shaped pipe part

Wear-resistant special-shaped pipe parts are composite wear-resistant components formed by "tailoring" to the actual spatial shape of the equipment (elbows, tees, branches, spirals, variable diameters, conical hoppers, chutes, etc.) and arranging high-hardness ceramic tiles with a thickness of 4-50 mm, which are then adhered and fixed.   Product Performance   High hardness and wear resistance: Hardness is second only to diamond, about 5 times that of ordinary steel, and can effectively resist high-concentration particle erosion and sand and gravel impact, significantly extending equipment service life.   Excellent high-temperature resistance: Maintains stable performance in high-temperature environments, some can operate normally at temperatures up to 1000℃, suitable for metallurgy, heat treatment, and other high-temperature work scenarios.   High corrosion resistance: Ceramic materials have good resistance to chemical media such as acids and alkalis, and can effectively prevent equipment from being corroded and damaged in environments with corrosive substances such as in chemical and mining industries.   Lightweight and high-strength: After special processing, weight is effectively controlled while maintaining good strength, making installation and use convenient, and can also reduce equipment load.   Installed firmly: Usually installed by combining strong adhesive bonding with mechanical fastening, such as using specially designed high-temperature resistant ceramic adhesive paired with grooves, bolts, etc., to ensure the ceramic patch is tightly bonded to the equipment surface and is not easily detached.

Ceramic-lined wear-resistant spherical elbow

Ceramic-lined wear-resistant spherical elbow is a pipeline connector featuring a metal base with a high-strength ceramic composite lining. It combines the mechanical strength of the metal structure with the exceptional wear resistance of advanced ceramics. Its key advantage lies in addressing the common issue of premature wear and short service life in traditional tees when handling abrasive materials. Widely used across industries such as mining, power generation, metallurgy, coal processing, and chemical engineering, this product is ideal for conveying highly abrasive media like mineral slurries, coal powder, fly ash, and tailings.   Product Performance   1. Extraordinary Wear Resistance   Extremely high hardness: The Rockwell hardness of the alumina ceramic-lined material reaches up to HRA90, second only to diamond and silicon carbide. Its wear resistance is more than 20 times greater than that of ordinary carbon steel—and even surpasses manganese steel and wear-resistant alloy steel.   Long-lasting durability: Under the same harsh operating conditions, its service life can be 10 to 20 times longer than that of conventional steel tees, significantly reducing downtime and replacement frequency.   2. Excellent Corrosion Resistance   Aluminum oxide ceramics are neutral materials with excellent chemical stability, effectively resisting corrosion from various chemical media such as acids, bases, and salts, making them suitable for corrosive environments.   3. Smooth inner wall, minimal flow resistance   The ceramic lining features a smooth surface with a low coefficient of friction, effectively reducing resistance during material transport, preventing material blockages and buildup, enhancing conveying efficiency, and lowering energy consumption.   4. Robust structure with strong pressure-bearing capacity   The metal casing ensures that the fittings have excellent mechanical strength and impact resistance, enabling them to withstand higher pipeline operating pressures.
